Mary Gwyn, CPM, is Chief Innovator of Apartment Dynamics, with over 20 years in the Multifamily Industry. She consults and trains for companies all over the country while operating an innovative management company, utilizing her marketing and operating strategies on our own portfolio to produce unsurpassed results.  With an abundance of energy, Mary enjoys working with her husband and best friend, Tom, running, hiking, entertaining family and friends, and looking for the next passion or project.

Kelly Cox, Regional Property Manager

Lisa Bisher is a seasoned property management professional, leader and problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit.  Passionate about leasing, relationship building and leadership, she puts her sixteen plus years of experience to work to exceed clients’ investment goals.  Her experience is varied, with student and conventional housing, new construction lease-up, a variety of market niches and a strong background in multi-site management.  To a degree greater than most in our industry, her career placed her in the difficult position of crisis management, including handling media relations, resident placement and communications, and doing so earning the respect of her community and peers.  In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading and any activity that can take her outdoors!

Tracey Beck brings over 20 years of Multifamily management experience to the Apartment Dynamics team. Having worked on site and in the corporate office, her most recent experience was Chief Financial and Operating Officer for a commercial real estate firm with Multifamily, office and commercial holdings.  Her accomplishments include successful sales of 3 multifamily assets at strong market values.  With financial expertise, Tracey is skilled at maximizing revenue, controlling expenses and managing capital programs.  Her insights and strategies have been of benefit to make quick improvement to assets at takeover, while increasing NOI continuously on stabilized assets.

Misty Plummer  Misty has 10 years in multifamily, with experience working directly for owner operators, as well as fee management. She brings expertise in financial operations, maximizing occupancy and building revenue. Having earned the national designations of NALP, CAM, CAPS and a Property Management Trainer designation, she won the Piedmont Triad Apartment Association’s Manager of the Year and the Community of the Year 2 different times. She also won Mentor of the Year for a large management company, with personal strengths in leadership, and helping her mentees set and achieve goals. In a lot of companies, Regionals report primarily to the Director of Operations, but Misty has had experience working with very engaged owners, even working side by side with one on an extensive renovation program.

Lynn Hemm As Director of Operations & Strategic Development, Lynn wears many hats. With her vast experience in real estate, insurance, marketing, customer service and management, she is instrumental in directing the Accounting, Human Resources and Administrative functions.  Lynn’s role includes client-development and specialized team training.  Lynn enjoys creating treasures from pre-loved furnishings, spends time with family, likes trendy restaurants, and is learning to play the bells in her church.

Suzanne Dee joined the Apartment Dynamics team in 2013 as the Financial and Payroll Administrator.  She graduated from Waynesburg University with a B.S.B.A. degree in Accounting and Small Business Management.  Suzanne has a diverse accounting background that includes previous multi-family accounting experience, payroll, auditing, cost accounting, and Human Resources.  When Suzanne isn’t keeping track of her debits and credits and making sure people get paid on time she’s a Mom to teenage daughters who swim and play softball and to two Great Danes who are at times more high maintenance than teenage girls.

After a variety of administrative support experiences including general bookkeeping, nursing agency reception, assisted living center, and textile industry licensing, Michelle Miller-Simons accepted the Accounts Payable position at Apartment Dynamics in 2013. The details of resource management for accounting documentation and fiscal analysis are a reconciliation of Michelle’s organization, attention to detail and communication skills. Beads, Bikes & Boys; my hobbies and family fill my time and keep me going mentally and physically when I am not at my desk.

Jamie Harrell joined the Apartment Dynamics team in 2012 as Financial Administrator of the properties we manage in Fayetteville, North Carolina.  She has completed numerous accounting classes at FTCC and has more than 32 years of experience in Receivable/Payable Accounting.  Jamie enjoys reading mysteries and loves to catch the latest movie releases.

Tracy Wesley began her Multifamily career in leasing and has held numerous roles in the industry, working with vintage product as well as brand new lease-up. After 6 years onsite, she changed gears to the accounting and operations side of Apartment Dynamics, transitioning with the company as it grew, directing payroll, accounting and site system training. In her current role Tracy trains site personnel on Resman, measures site performance, and manages special projects.  She is the Mom of two young children and in her spare time enjoys spending time outdoors, biking or running.

Olivia Cooper as our Administrative Office Assistant at the Apartment Dynamics Home Office. She graduated from UNC-Greensboro in 2018 with a degree in Psychology. Olivia has administrative experience in a variety of industries from healthcare to mental health management. She is new to multifamily management and is excited to learn all about the industry. Her current role includes office and marketing management, she helps keep our office running smoothly and our social media accounts on the right track. She has an adorable blind dog and enjoys exploring new places.
